Crescent English Nursery and Primary School was founded in 1970 by the Crescent Association with a clear and enduring purpose: to make quality English-medium education genuinely accessible to children from economically backward sections of society — with a particular focus on serving the Muslim community, where access to good schooling has too often been out of reach.
For over five decades, that founding purpose hasn't changed. We believe that a child's start in life shouldn't be shaped by their family's income. Every child who walks through our doors receives the same caring attention, the same quality instruction, and the same belief in what they can become — regardless of what they can pay.
Today, we remain one part of the wider Crescent Educational Institutions family, working alongside our sister institutions to serve the community from nursery all the way through college.
